What’s the strangest vehicle in your town? Does your neighbor have an IROC Camaro on a one-ton 4x4 frame? Does the guy two roads over DD an old milk truck?
Rules are: must be registered and street driven, must be in the general vicinity of where you live, and must be something you’ve seen with your own eyes.
Here’s my contribution:
Photo taken last winter. Yes, that’s a 96-2000 AWD Chrysler Town & Country with a power angle plow mounted on it. He plows several driveways and the church down the street.

Not much to be honest.
There’s a guy with a matte green ‘87 Suburban with an Obama “Does this ass make my truck look fat” sticker on it. But that’s like it.

one of the coolest ones that i have seen is a 69 vw bug, mud truck on a homebuilt space frame, with a k5 drivetrain set up on 38" tires. its not a very “legal” car, but it gets driven.
also a squarebody suburban, on 44 inch tires, and has about two feet of lift. if you reach above your head, as high up as possible, you can JUST touch the top of the hood. its two wheel drive at the moment. it moves between neighborhoods. it has ridiculous drivetrain flex just putting it into gear.
does my super shortbed count? 81 siverado on a k5 frame with 295 50 15 all the way around. bed cut to fit.

Nearly every day on my commute to and from work I see an old man driving a CODA Sedan nearly every day driving in the opposite direction.
Essentially a rebadged Chinese Hafei Saibao EV, this is an all-electric sedan of which less than 300 were sold in the US. I can see it coming down the road from a mile away it looks so funky.

Years ago I knew someone with a K5 “pickup”. every time he took it in for repairs he had to explain to the shop that it was a blazer, not a pickup, but he still always ended up with wrong parts.

Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures.. but in my town there is a red, dually, diesel, Hummer H2 pickup - lifted with huge mud tires and about a 6" single exhaust stack in the bed. It’s completely ridiculous.

i keep it all written down in a small notepad when i put cars together. its a 76 k5 blazer frame, trans and transfer case. with a 81 cab, and a 73 engine bits.
some of the other cars i have had turned into small books, with lots of measurements and diagrams.
